Services Pricing |

Online Diagnostics & Some Repairs: If your computer can connect to the Internet, we can perform diagnostics and some repairs remotely by connecting to your computer. This service is at the normal lab rate of $80/hr., 30 minutes minimum charge. Typically anything that might take more than an hour will need hands-on lab work.
Our standard In-Home, PC Services: $130 / 1st Hour (1-hr. minimum), $85 each additional hour. Most issues can be repaired in about an hour, or the system can be taken to our lab for further diagnostics & repair, at a lower rate. Lab rate is $80/hr. or a fixed price per issue from above. If multiple services are needed, it is often discounted as a bundle price.
Business/Government Technology Services: Network Troubleshooting, Desktops, Servers, Network Printing, Systems Integration, Disaster Recovery Strategy & Implementation, etc. Many services offered by personalized project proposal. Common “break/fix” issues are invoiced by the hour, plus parts. |
